Greater Noida Map



Greater Noida (GN) (Hindi: नोएडा (Nōēḍā), Urdu: نویڈا /Noyḋā/) is a sub-city of Delhi lying south-east to it. Situated in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida falls within the National Capital Region of India and is adjacent to NOIDA, one of the largest industrial townships in Asia.



Greater Noida is home to a number of Indian and foreign multi-national companies. There are a number of private educational institutions as well, so it is also known as the Educational Park. A number of sights are planned to be constructed in Greater Noida, including a Greater Noida Night Safari. It is also proposed that Greater Noida will host India's first Formula one circuit Indian Grand Prix. An 18 hole golf course called the Jaypee Greens, designed by Greg Norman is present in Greater Noida. An International Airport is also being planned near Jewar village of Greater Noida. Gautam Budh university has already been inaugurated. Greater Noida is gearing up for the 2010 Commonwealth Games.




Landmark:The India Expo Center which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is a vast exhibition Center with facilities to hold international standard exhibitions.
